What we collect, and what we don't.
Plain English, no defined terms, no clauses that mean the opposite of what they appear to say. If anything here is unclear, call and ask.

Who we are

What runs on this site
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. We do not run advertising pixels today. If that changes, it will be listed here first, and the date at the top of this page will move.
Your theme choice (light or dark) is stored in your own browser so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device and we cannot see it.
When you contact us
When you call, email, or send us a form, we keep what you tell us so we can reply and follow up about what you asked. We use it for that, and nothing else.
We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone who is not helping us run the business.
Sparky, the chat assistant
Sparky is software, not a person, and says so if asked. What you type is sent to Anthropic, which provides the underlying AI model, so that Sparky can answer. We do not store your conversation on our servers, and Anthropic handles it under its API data policies.
It is still a chat box on the public internet: please do not type anything confidential into it. If you would rather talk to a person, the phone number is at the top and bottom of every page.
Asking what we hold, or asking us to delete it
Write to annabelen@ignitedesignonline.com and ask. You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do it. You do not need to give a reason, and asking does not change how we treat you.
Depending on where you live you may have these rights in law, under state privacy laws in the US, or the GDPR in the UK and EU. We apply them to everyone regardless.
Children
This is a site about running a business. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.
Changes to this page
When we add or remove a tool, this page changes at the same time and the date at the top moves. If a change affects what you already agreed to, we will ask again rather than assume.
